Nursing Assistant at Sjöryd – Hjo Municipality Create safe nights for our residents. We are now seeking a committed nursing assistant with a protected professional title for night shift at Sjöryd. About the Position As a night nursing assistant with us, you are responsible for support and supervision of our residents in departments and short-term care. You provide care, support, and security. We are looking for someone who is considerate, responsible, and stable – and who wants to contribute to our residents' well-being. The work is varied and requires the ability to build relationships, perceive changing needs, and quickly adapt interventions so that each individual receives the right support at the right time. Your Responsibilities provide care, support, and service in accordance with the Social Services Act perform health and medical care tasks on delegation from a nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist work person-centered and promote rehabilitation document and participate in care planning collaborate with colleagues and other professionals in the team Qualifications We are looking for someone who: has training as a nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare has work experience from the healthcare profession has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written is confident working both independently and in a team is flexible, solution-oriented, and adaptable to the needs of the operation has made a conscious decision regarding night work and the health impacts it may involve Meritorious: Specialist training in palliative care or geriatric/elderly care. Please note that we do not employ based on specialist title unless there is a vacant position in the field. Work Hours Work hours are for night shift weekdays and weekends between 22:45–07:00. Sjöryd's departments are staffed with two employees per night. A few shifts per month are so-called on-call shifts where you cover vacancies within coordinated planning areas in Hjo Municipality. Employment and Orientation Upon employment, you will receive 3–5 days of orientation and training to become comfortable with our working methods. You will work with delegated services from our licensed healthcare personnel following a decision from MAS. We request that you show ID/driver's license, grades, and proof of protected professional title upon employment.
