In part of the area, we are running a pilot project "Falkenberg's Home Care Model" which is a political initiative to create a more sustainable work environment for home care services. We are now recruiting 2 new colleagues for the home care area East, which includes Hjortsberg and Slöinge! At Hjortsberg and Slöinge home care, we work together and help each other across boundaries when needed. To support you in your work, several professions are available, such as unit manager, team coordinator, nursing assistant, registered nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. JOB DUTIES You will work in the user's own home and provide care, support, and services according to the granted assistance. You work based on a rehabilitative approach with an emphasis on dignity and well-being for the user. You will utilize and stimulate the individual's resources and perform nursing tasks following delegation by a registered nurse. Here you work with colleagues who have good experience and expertise in health and care work. In home care services, you will also meet team coordinators who plan the work with you to ensure quality health and care services for the user. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone trained as a nursing assistant (and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of the right to use the protected professional title). If you are applying for a position as a care assistant, the requirement is that you have completed care assistant training (equivalent to 800 points) and passed Swedish 1. If you don't meet the training requirements for a care assistant, an employment as an assistant may be possible instead. You need to have good computer skills to work in our management systems.
