At the short-term care unit at Nicklagården, we work based on a rehabilitative and salutogenic approach. We receive users who need rehabilitation after hospital stays, respite care for relatives, or palliative care. Here, nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists work together to create security and good care for our users. 10 position(s). JOB DUTIES We are now seeking staff for a user with a tracheostomy who will stay at our short-term care unit. Initially, 24-hour supervision by two staff members is required. The job duties mainly include tracheostomy care, patient care, and support services for the user. If needed, work may also include support for other users on the unit. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant or caregiver, or has an interest in working in health and social care. Experience with tracheostomy care is an advantage but not required, as training and orientation will be provided. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is responsible, calm, flexible, and has good collaboration skills. You have a genuine interest in people and care work. You need good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A Class B driver's license is an advantage. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
