About Kavat Vård Kavat Vård offers senior care homes with different orientations and profiles. Our operations are located in municipalities in Stockholm County that have implemented freedom of choice reforms. We believe in the individual's right to choose and want to offer clear concepts, including animal & nature, hotel concept, all-inclusive, wellness, and/or language profiles. Krögaren and Muranen are two senior care homes in central Rimbo where residents have the opportunity to move in with their pets. The operations have a total of 46 places and we serve both dementia and somatic care patients. In your role as a nursing assistant, you and your colleagues plan the workday based on the residents' individual needs and wishes. Creating a sense of home and a meaningful everyday life for the residents are important parts of the work. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or care assistant with experience working in elderly care. We place great emphasis on care, communication, and interpersonal skills, so it is very important that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written. All of our documentation takes place in the Safe Doc journal system, so good computer skills/experience is necessary.
