We are now looking for a dedicated planner for Home Care Rosen in Lund Municipality – an important function where you will have the opportunity to grow and contribute to ensuring our users receive the best possible care. About the role and your responsibilities You are employed as a nursing assistant and work daytime hours 06:30–15:00 with duty every other weekend. In this position, you combine care work with administrative tasks. As a planner, you are responsible for planning and scheduling approved services for our users. You have a central role with many points of contact and collaborate continuously with users, family members, colleagues, supervisor, and coordinators. The work takes place in the systems Lifecare and HR-portal. In the organization there is also a coordinator who works Monday through Friday, and you are two planners working every other weekend. The position is a permanent employment as a nursing assistant. The planner assignment runs for six months at a time, with good opportunities for extension. We offer full-time work equivalent to 36 hours and 20 minutes per week. Qualifications Trained nursing assistant. Experience with similar work is meritable, for example within elderly care. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good digital skills, for example in connection with documentation. Bicycle experience is required for work in home care. You are responsible, dedicated, flexible, and responsive – with users, family members, and colleagues. You understand how important it is that each individual person is involved and has influence over their daily life. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is important that you maintain calm and focus, even in situations when a lot happens at the same time or during rapid changes. You need to be secure in yourself and able to set boundaries when needed. About the workplace Home Care Rosen is centrally located on Brunnsgatan in Lund and is easily accessible by bus or on foot from the station. Lund Municipality's home care is divided into several geographic areas. In each area, nursing assistants and care assistants work in teams with healthcare personnel under the leadership of a unit manager. Each area has a unit administrator and coordinator/planner.
