We offer home care in several parts of the municipality and have special residential facilities in Järpen, Kall, Mörsil, Hallen, and Duved. Home care services are provided in Hallen, Järpen, and Duved. Regardless of unit, you will meet a workplace where proximity, care, and professionalism are central. We are now seeking 8 nursing assistants. The need applies to home care in Duved and Järpen as well as special residential facilities in Järpen, Mörsil, and Kall. JOB DUTIES Your tasks are to work together with licensed staff and others on the team to provide good and individually tailored care. We work with a rehabilitative approach to maintain and strengthen the abilities of people receiving services. We work in accordance with both the Health and Medical Services Act and the Social Services Act, which means we meet people with different needs where both medical and social interventions are included. • You will perform health and medical care tasks by delegation from a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist in accordance with the Health and Medical Services Act. • You are expected to be able to make independent decisions in your professional role. • Work is scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekends. We use the work tool TES in home care and document in Treserva. QUALIFICATIONS We primarily seek nursing assistants but also welcome applications from healthcare aides with experience working in elderly care and experience working with delegation. • We prioritize applicants who have proof of the right to use the professional title nursing assistant according to the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare, or those who are awaiting their professional title. • It is meritorious if you have several years of experience working in healthcare. • You must be confident in your professional role and able to work independently, have a holistic perspective, and feel comfortable making assessments. • You are responsible for documenting what is relevant in a clear and thorough manner in accordance with applicable legislation and procedures. • A class B driver's license is required to work in home care; for work in special residential facilities it is meritorious. As a person, you understand what is needed to provide individually tailored care and support.
