JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your main responsibilities are nighttime home care services and responding to safety alarms from care recipients. As a nursing assistant in our team, you work from a rehabilitation perspective with emphasis on dignity and well-being for the user. You will identify and stimulate the individual's resources and perform nursing tasks under delegation from licensed personnel. We work in the Intraphone system where everything from planning, visits performed, and documentation is carried out. The Safety Team is part of municipal primary healthcare as an operational area. This involves close collaboration with HSL. You will work with colleagues who have extensive experience and expertise in care and health services. In the Safety Team, we work together and help each other as needed. Several professionals are available to support you, such as nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Our focus is on doing what is best so that users feel safe in their homes. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant (and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of the right to use the protected professional title). If you are applying for a care assistant position, the requirement is that you have care assistant training (equivalent to 800 credits) and have passed Swedish 1. If you do not meet the educational requirements for a care assistant, an appointment as support staff may be an option instead. We are looking for someone who is interested in helping to create and maintain an operation where we work based on our users' health and living conditions. You are genuinely interested in meeting people in need of care and health services. To thrive with us, you need to be flexible and interested in working with varied tasks. You are responsible, able to plan and organize your work, and enjoy collaborating with others. You are cheerful and positive and able to adapt to unexpected situations. You are proactive and responsive to users' needs and have a natural respect for your fellow human beings. Since we are required by law to document, it is very important that you are comfortable with computers and can express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
