We are looking for you with a genuine interest in elderly people, where your main responsibilities are to provide safe and secure personal care and support. You support residents in their daily lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday routine. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing residents with good quality care in accordance with what has been agreed upon with residents in their care plans. This includes, among other things: Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's "Your Day" concept. Personal care and support while utilizing residents' own resources. Work based on Norlandia's "Tasty Meal" concept so that our residents enjoy their food and meals add a special touch to their everyday lives. Document according to the Social Services Act; maintain social records and establish and follow up care plans. Plan, offer, and implement daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Perform service tasks such as cleaning apartments, laundry, accompaniment, and shopping, among others. Receive and carry out delegated tasks such as medication administration. Take responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participate in the facility's quality and improvement work.
