About Villa Vikhem Villa Vikhem is a residential facility in the Vikhem area of Staffanstorp. The facility has three floors with two units per floor. 40 places for assisted living and 20 places for short-term/respite care. At Villa Vikhem, we focus on exercise and animals. We have opportunities for exercise both indoors and outdoors. Residents in assisted living can move in with their pet. We also collaborate with external partners and place great importance on residents experiencing meaningful daily lives, which may include arranged activities or time with their contact person. We have a partnership with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 years visits us on weekends and school breaks. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enrich the lives of our residents. You will have a team leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. Here we work with animals in care and regularly receive visits from therapy dogs. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people. Your experience and knowledge We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked several years in elderly care. Good computer skills and documentation experience are also advantageous. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing.
