JOB DUTIES Solhaga elder care home in Väckelsång is now looking for a new colleague! Solhaga consists of two departments with a shared common area & outdoor space. As a new colleague, you will be assigned to one department but will receive introduction to the entire operation and are expected to provide support where and when needed. Daily work includes standard nursing care tasks and delegated medication handling. You will be assigned responsibility areas within the operation and will serve as a dedicated care contact. As an employee, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your skills through ongoing training with the municipality's nurses and practical exercises at the municipality's own KTC. There is also an ongoing opportunity to further your education through Care and Nursing College, for example to become an instructor.
