We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant and want to contribute to quality care for the elderly living with us. Solgården is a special residential facility with three units, one of which is a dementia unit. The facility is located in Ingatorp with its beautiful surroundings and nature. At Solgården we work extensively with activities where we collaborate with many volunteer activities and organizations. 3 position(s). WORK DUTIES Your work duties include personal care, daily tasks such as cleaning and laundry, social activities, medication management, and various representative roles. You work as a care contact for your clients and actively work with implementation plans, social documentation, and you will plan and implement interventions. You will also collaborate with our home care nursing and other stakeholders, such as relatives, volunteer activities, and others. The work duties consist of, among other things, ongoing personal care work, service tasks, rehabilitation based on the client's needs, and healthcare services according to delegation from a nurse. You will have significant independent responsibility which includes documenting, writing implementation plans, and being involved in planning and implementing the interventions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with a nursing assistant education. Experience in elderly care is a merit. In connection with the recruitment, you must present your certificate of protected professional title from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare. Employment form: Permanent employment.
