Nursing Assistant for Night Shift in Funäsdalen

We are now seeking a nursing assistant for night shift at 70%. This position requires you to have the courage to make decisions in tough situations and the ability to communicate effectively. You will handle long distances and winter driving at night and you will be part of a strong team where good teamwork skills are essential. Start date September 1, 2026 or by agreement. Job Responsibilities - Ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently during the night; both at the residential care facility (SÄBO) and in home care services. - Communicate with colleagues and managers as needed. - Maintain safety and quality at the workplace. - Work closely with a team with strong knowledge in care and health services. Working hours are 21:00-07:00. Qualifications Requirements: - Educated nursing assistant. - Class B driver's license. To work in care of the elderly and adults with disabilities, a certificate from the criminal record register is required. Meriting factors: - Experience with night work or on-call duty. - Experience with winter driving. - Flexibility and ability to work at inconvenient times.
