About the Role We are now looking for a committed and responsible nursing assistant for a permanent night shift position at Attendo Säteriet. As a nursing assistant on night shift, you will work together with your colleagues to provide care, nursing, and safety to our residents during the quieter hours of the day. You work with planned care activities, supervision, documentation, and contribute to ensuring our residents get a good night's sleep and safe care. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. We place great importance on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits. Professional certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant. Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/experience Driver's license category B Meritorious: Experience from care work in elderly care Experience with delegation.
