In the same building, you will find our meeting point Dungen and our partner organizations Kuggen and the Dementia Team. Lindero has several common areas, including living rooms and smaller kitchens on each department for meals and shared activities. JOB DUTIES Work as a nursing assistant involves contributing to a good quality of life for the residents, providing professional care, and delivering person-centered support. Of course, introduction training is provided before resource shifts at another facility. Work hours for day shifts are scheduled during daytime, evening, and two weekends per scheduling period. Our goal is for all employees to be able to influence their schedule based on operational needs. We schedule using the Multi Access system. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a trained nursing assistant with good computer skills and an interest in working with residents with cognitive impairment and somatic conditions. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and competence that contributes to increasing the quality and work satisfaction that already exists in the team. Those who had a permanent employment as a nursing assistant when the new regulations came into effect may continue using the title until June 30, 2033 without documentation. To be employed as a Nursing Assistant, you must either be able to demonstrate that you had permanent employment as a Nursing Assistant on July 1, 2023, or have documentation from the National Board of Health and Welfare about a protected professional title.
