We are now seeking a nursing assistant for our care and residential facility Kyrkvägen 4 in Ringarum. The facility consists of two units with a dementia focus and one unit focused on traditional elderly care. Kyrkvägen 4 has 30 places. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant at Kyrkvägen 4, you will have an enjoyable and developmental assignment where the residents help shape the day based on their needs and wishes. The assignment involves working as person-centered as possible by making the residents active participants in their daily lives. Recognizing and utilizing each resident's abilities to create meaning and improved quality of life. You as a nursing assistant are very important in this work, which will require both courage and ingenuity to find the best solutions. You will be a contact person for some residents, where your role will be to create a good relationship to increase their sense of security. As a contact person, you should also ensure that the resident's needs are met to the extent possible. As a nursing assistant, you will also perform health and medical care tasks based on assignments from the responsible nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. QUALIFICATIONS You are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with specialization in dementia, elderly care, or welfare technology. It is meritorious if you have previous experience working person-centered with a focus on participation and working with a hands-on approach. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the profession, enjoys work, and wants to deliver good nursing care and service. You are calm, secure in yourself and in your professional role. You are self-driven and can take initiative while also having an easy time collaborating with colleagues, family members, and other partners, both within and outside the organization. You are responsible, attentive to individual needs, and can quickly adapt your work and prioritize according to current circumstances. We expect you to be good at building relationships, to have respectful behavior, and to have good empathetic abilities. It is important that you can communicate orally and in writing in Swedish, as the work involves many contact points and documentation. You should have computer skills, preferably experience with social documentation in the Lifecare management system. We expect you to contribute and be positive toward organizational development and have the ability to work goal-oriented. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Start date according to agreement. To be employed as a nursing assistant, you must attach proof of protected professional title with your application.
