Nursing Assistants for Home Care – day, evening and weekend shifts We are seeking engaged and responsible nursing assistants for our home care services in northern Stockholm. With us, you will work closely with our care recipients and help create safety, dignity and good quality of life in their daily lives. About the Position Work in home care involves providing individually tailored care and services in the care recipient's home. Tasks include personal care assistance, support with daily activities, social support and services according to care decisions. Our services cover multiple areas, which means work is performed on foot, by bicycle or car depending on distance and schedule planning. Positions include day, evening and weekend shifts according to schedule. Full-time opportunities Monday - Friday are also available. Responsibilities Personal care assistance and support with daily activities Service tasks such as light housekeeping Create safety, continuity and respectful interaction Documentation according to applicable laws and organizational procedures Proper use of digital systems, including receipt and visit logging Collaboration with colleagues, coordinators and other professionals Qualifications Trained nursing assistant (Undersköterska) Professional certification from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) required Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written B-class driver's license required Experience in home care or elderly care is an advantage Other Requirements Criminal background check (extract from belastningsregistret) must be provided before employment begins Education diploma must be available for review Ability to work independently and take responsibility for care quality We Are Looking for You If You Have a genuine interest in people and care Are responsible, flexible and solution-oriented Have good collaboration skills Understand the importance of thorough documentation, confidentiality and correct recording of services provided Good care at our organization means that each care recipient is treated with respect, integrity and individualized support, where quality, continuity and safety are the focus.
