JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant, you play a central role in providing good care and social support to our elderly. You contribute to making their daily lives safer, easier, and more meaningful. Your duties include, among other things: • Personal care, such as bathing, toilet assistance, and support with daily routines • Meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and laundry • Promoting an active and social life for the elderly • Documentation in our activity management system • Contact with family members and other partners Work is performed both by car and bicycle, depending on the assignment and area. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Is a trained nursing assistant with experience working in healthcare and care services • Has a Category B driver's license • Has medication and insulin delegation authorization • Has good computer skills and can document according to applicable procedures • Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing • Has the ability to remain calm and act professionally in stressful situations We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
