Hedgården ute The home care service area extends from Smedjebacken in the north to Fagersta in the south and has its workplace at Hedgården residential facility. It is a small work group with low staff turnover. Duties Your duties consist of supporting home care recipients with the services each person needs. For us, it is important that you place the home care recipient at the center and that you enjoy collaborating around them to do what is best for the person. We continually need to take on new challenges, and you are part of developing care to the better and creating a meaningful everyday life. Other tasks may also occur, and the content and conditions of the work may change over time. The position is 100%, shift work day/evening/weekend. Qualifications Nursing assistant education Category B driver's license You have good computer skills and strong knowledge of the Swedish language, as the profession's responsibilities require documentation and delegation Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability It is a merit if you have specialist nursing assistant education and have worked with: Home care Day activities Lifecare, BPSD, and Senior Alert Personal Qualities We want you to have strong commitment to people and a positive outlook.
