JOB DUTIES • Personal care, such as assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, showering, and other basic daily needs. • Creating a predictable daily routine by supporting planning, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. • Social support and communication: Motivating and assisting with social activities, culture, physical exercise, and meaningful leisure activities. This also includes providing emotional support. • Collaboration and documentation: Writing implementation plans together with residents, documentation, and collaborating with family members, guardians, nurses, and other professionals. • Healthcare: Certain medical interventions delegated by nursing staff, such as dispensing and administering medication. QUALIFICATIONS • You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. • You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships. You collaborate well with people in different contexts and roles. • You need to have a respectful and calm demeanor, be clear, confident, and able to create structure. • Attentiveness and the ability to adapt your work approach to the individual. • You need to be confident in yourself, able to take responsibility, and be flexible. • Solution-focused work approach. • You have good collaboration skills. • Driver's license B.
