As a nursing assistant on the short-term care unit at Markaryds Municipality, you will work to ensure that service users have a safe and meaningful life with a good sense of coherence and respectful treatment. You will strive to ensure that service users have their self-determination and integrity respected, as well as individually adapted care and nursing. You will also work with palliative care and rehabilitation, both of which characterize a large part of your daily work and are carried out in a team together with registered nurses and paramedics. Qualifications You have: - certification from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare for the protected professional title of nursing assistant - experience working in healthcare - experience documenting in operational systems Who are you? As a person, you have good communication skills, both verbal and written. You are empathetic and have very good collaborative abilities with experience working in teams. You are open and curious about continued learning and have a holistic perspective characterized by a salutogenic and professional approach. You can handle stress and rapid changes in work.
