About the Position We are looking for someone who enjoys working evening/day shifts, which includes work every other weekend. As a nursing assistant, you naturally prioritize the user in your professional role. Your tasks involve providing individual support and assistance to residents, bringing professional knowledge and good service. Care work includes personal care, social connection and activities, service tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.), and documentation responsibility—all essential for residents' meaningful daily lives, dignity, and well-being. You are also expected to work with delegated health and medical care tasks. As a team member, you collaborate easily with colleagues and other professionals to ensure smooth operations. You take responsibility for the whole, including the kitchen and common areas as part of daily work, and take responsibility for one or more areas with interest in developing them. You share your knowledge and experience both in daily work and at team and workplace meetings, introduce new staff, and contribute fresh ideas and work enthusiasm. You are accustomed to documentation and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. About the Employment Working hours are scheduled for evening shifts and every other weekend. Opportunity for 70-100% employment rate.
