At Fyrklövern, we work days/evenings/weekends and nights to meet the needs of children and young people with various functional variations. We believe that with humor and acceptance, you can go far. Qualifications Post-secondary education such as nursing assistant, support pedagogue, treatment assistant, or similar is a merit. Experience working within LSS and group homes. Experience in care work and competence in NPF, clear pedagogy, AAC, and low-affective treatment. Good computer skills, experience with social documentation, and the ability to express yourself well both verbally and in writing. We place great importance on personal suitability.
