We at central home care are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about quality and bringing joy and meaning to the daily lives of our elderly. Here you'll have independent and responsible work where your personality and competence build trust in every encounter. Within home care, you'll have varying tasks that all aim to help others feel good and live a dignified life. Through a person-centered approach, you'll create meaningful everyday life for our elderly. The role also includes performing delegated health and medical interventions. This means your days with us are varied and challenging, testing your creativity in multiple ways. Quality and Development We actively work with the role of fixed care contact. As a fixed care contact, you're the secure link between the elderly person, their relatives, and the organization. You have special responsibility for ensuring that care is planned and delivered according to the individual's specific wishes and that implementation plans are up-to-date. The work requires great commitment and active participation to develop and improve the operation. At the same time, you'll receive great appreciation! Team-Based Approach You'll work both independently and together with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues in an unpretentious and supportive team. The team includes, besides nursing assistants, an occupational therapist, physical therapist, nurse, and social worker in care. QUALIFICATIONS Your personal qualities are important to us, so we're looking for someone who: • has an interest in working with people and ensuring they feel good • is engaged, attentive, flexible, and organized • has a positive approach to both care recipients and your colleagues • finds it easy to collaborate with your colleagues and relatives • is committed to our work of constantly developing and improving. We also have some requirements: • You are a trained nursing assistant* and have knowledge of and act in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the operation. • You speak and write Swedish well. • You have a B driver's license. • You're accustomed to using mobile phones and computers for documentation. Previous documented experience working in home care is an asset. * As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title. This means you need a professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title. You apply for the certificate on the Board's website. As of March 1, 2026, a criminal record extract is required for work in elderly care. This means you need to present a valid record extract before any potential employment. You order the extract yourself on the Police website. We use continuous selection and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date by agreement. Working hours: Shift work.
