About the Position Your responsibilities will involve providing support and assistance to the residents of Solgården. You will support residents in their daily activities, enabling them to continue living meaningful and active lives. You will assist residents with activities, participate in developing and reviewing care plans, serve as a contact person, report and document in our support systems, carry out delegated healthcare tasks, participate in team meetings and staff development sessions, build positive relationships with family members and other important people in the resident's life. You will contribute with fresh ideas and a positive work attitude, and take responsibility for one or more areas you are passionate about developing. Are You the One We're Looking For? You have a diploma from a nursing assistant program and passing grades in Swedish 1 (A) or Swedish as a Second Language, and Social Studies 1 (A), or equivalent earlier qualifications. You are attentive and work with respect for others. You are responsible, can adapt your work to residents' needs, see opportunities rather than obstacles, and are passionate about providing excellent service. You are experienced in documentation and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Personal suitability is given significant weight.
