We are looking for you with a genuine interest in elderly people, where your main responsibilities are to provide safe and secure personal care and support. You support residents in their daily lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday experience. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing residents with good quality care and support in accordance with what has been agreed with each resident in their care plan. This includes, among other things: Working as a contact person based on Norlandia's "Your Day" concept. Personal care and support and utilizing residents' own resources. Working based on Norlandia's "Tasty Meal" concept so that our residents appreciate the food and mealtimes add a special touch to everyday life. Documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act; maintaining social records and creating and following up on care plans. Planning, offering, and conducting daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Performing service tasks such as apartment cleaning, laundry, accompaniment and shopping, etc. Receiving and performing delegated tasks such as medication administration. Taking responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participating in the facility's quality and improvement work.
