We are looking for you with a genuine interest in elderly people, where your main responsibilities are to provide safe and secure personal care and support. You support the resident in their daily life and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday life. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing residents with high-quality care in accordance with what has been agreed upon with the resident in the care plan. This includes, among other things: Working as a contact person based on Norlandia's concept "My Day." Personal care and support, and utilizing residents' own resources. Working according to Norlandia's concept "Tasty Meal" so that our residents appreciate the food and the meal experience adds that extra touch to everyday life. Documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act; maintaining social records and creating and following up on care plans. Planning, offering, and implementing daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Performing service tasks such as apartment cleaning, laundry, accompaniment, shopping, and more. Receiving and performing delegated tasks such as medication administration. Taking responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participating in the organization's quality and improvement work. About Sannagården Elderly Care Facility Sannagården Elderly Care Facility is located in Tvååker. We have 30 apartments distributed across four units, one of which is for people with dementia.
