Job Responsibilities At Kavat Vård, we have a strong sense of community and together we strive to live up to our values every day in both interactions with residents and in leadership and employee relations. As a nursing assistant, you and your colleagues plan the workday based on the residents' individual needs and wishes. Creating a sense of home and a meaningful daily life for the residents is an important part of the work. You provide excellent care and enhance the day for our elderly. In addition to care, your duties include cleaning, laundry, kitchen work, and organizing and hosting activities. You focus on what is best for the resident and this guides everything you do. You are also skilled at planning and collaborating with your colleagues. Qualifications We are looking for you as a nursing assistant with a protected professional title and with experience working in elderly care. We place great emphasis on communication, interpersonal skills, and care—therefore, it is very important that you have excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. We would like to see that you have experience with medication delegation. All our documentation is done in the Safe Doc journal system, so good computer skills/computer experience is necessary.
