2 position(s). Are you a positive and engaged person who enjoys working with people? We at Österängs Elderly Care Home are now looking for two nursing assistants to join our team. Österäng is a specialized residential facility located in Korsberga. We have four units with a total of 30 apartments. We are approximately 40 employees who collaborate and support each other across unit boundaries. Indoors we have common spaces for socializing, and outdoors a pleasant courtyard that we enjoy using during the summer months. Additionally, there are lovely walking paths in the vicinity of the facility. As part of our operations, we conduct organized activities led by our activity staff. Together we bake, play bingo, sing, read, and do gymnastics. We also have service assistants who support the nursing assistants in daily tasks. Within elderly care in Vetlanda Municipality, we work for Esther's best – always with focus on the user and how we can strengthen their security and independence. As a nursing assistant, your most important task is to contribute to ensuring that each person receives the care and support they need. It is work where your efforts have great significance for other people's daily lives and quality of life. We are seeking nursing assistants for day and evening shifts, which also includes weekend work. We value collaboration, commitment, and personal initiative. These are permanent positions with 80 percent employment, or other arrangement by agreement. Flexible hours are available. A car and driver's license are advantageous, as the facility is located outside town and public transportation is limited during evenings and weekends. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The position requires an extract from the criminal record register. The extract must be for HVB homes and is ordered via the Police website. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-09-01 Start date September 1, or by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
