As a nursing assistant/care aide, you are responsible for providing dignified and good care based on the elderly person's individual needs. Common work tasks can include, for example, help with daily care, medication administration, documentation, support during activities, serving meals, and simple cleaning in the resident's apartment. About Hagtorp Elderly Care Home Hagtorp is an elderly care home in Kungsängen with 36 places (somatic & dementia) for both permanent residents and short-term stays. Each unit has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony or outdoor patio where we socialize, eat meals, and carry out activities. Hagtorp has a large and beautiful garden with paths that are perfect for short walks and daily outdoor time. We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We would like to see that you enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. And that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive when needed. You have nursing assistant education (or equivalent education) of at least 1350 points. It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience in elderly care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. We would like to see that you have good computer skills/computer experience and experience with documentation.
