DUTIES We are looking for someone who sees the person behind the care needs and wants to create a daily life where each individual has the opportunity to live their life in their own way, with the support of engaged and professional employees. Duties include, among other things: • Provide individually tailored support and care based on the individual's needs and disabilities. • Support the person's independence, self-determination, and personal integrity in daily activities. • Use adapted communication methods to facilitate understanding and participation. • Support the individual's participation in leisure, cultural, and community activities. • Document according to applicable guidelines and follow and contribute to updates of implementation plans. • Where applicable, perform delegated medical tasks according to instructions from a nurse and report changes in condition. • Work night shifts on both weekdays and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who works in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with the ability to plan, organize, and follow up your work in a responsible way. In this role, it is important that you have a good relationship with other people, with the ability to listen, show consideration, and put yourself in the individual's perspective.
