JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant, your duties include providing good quality of life to our service users based on a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and support tasks and the ability to contribute social support and guidance. You must be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in your daily work for documentation purposes. We use Pulsen Combine as our business system. Working hours are night shifts with 2 days off out of 4. QUALIFICATIONS You must be a trained nursing assistant and be able to provide documentation from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) confirming this. We are looking for you who are a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic ability. You should find it easy to work in a group but also be able to work independently. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to cooperate. Employment Type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent. Working Hours: Scheduled shifts.
