JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant at our special residence, you work with a professional and person-centered approach. You meet each individual with respect, warmth, and attentiveness and adapt your work style based on individual needs and circumstances. The assignment requires you to be pedagogical, have a calm approach, possess good teamwork skills, and be able to easily build trusting relationships. You thrive taking responsibility, working independently, and being part of an engaged team. You are flexible, stress-resilient, and have a genuine interest in developing both yourself and the operation. We are currently implementing primary contact in care, where you will have a central role as the key link around the resident's needs, wishes, well-being, and in contact with family members. In your role as a nursing assistant, your responsibilities include: • Providing personal care and support in daily living • Assisting with meals, hygiene, transfers, and shopping • Documenting and creating implementation plans • Working according to individual implementation plans • Participating in and performing health and medical care tasks according to delegation • Contributing to a safe, meaningful, and stimulating everyday life for residents • Collaborating with other professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and Silvia specialists • Maintaining contact with family members when needed • Always working with a focus on high-quality care and service, and actively contributing to a good cooperative climate in the workplace QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title • Has good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written • Is comfortable working with computers and mobile phones It is advantageous if you have • A driving license (Category B) • Experience working in special residences or home care services • Experience in dementia care and work with BPSD • Further training in cognitive diseases, psychiatry, or as a specialist nursing assistant As a person, you have a warm heart, strong dedication, and a genuine desire to make a difference. You are service-minded, responsible, and enjoy working with people in need of support and care. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To fulfill the assignment, you must be able to receive and work according to the delegations required for this position, in accordance with applicable legislation and the organization's procedures.
