Your role with us Working as a nursing assistant means you get to work with one of the best and most enriching things there is - helping to make everyday meaningful for our customers. You will largely work in our reception kitchen but you will also work with care services, activities and delegated tasks from nurses and rehabilitation staff. Who are we looking for? You who are applying are a nursing assistant and have completed an approved care and welfare program or other education that the employer considers equivalent. We want you to have interest and experience working in a reception kitchen but also experience working in care and welfare. It is meritorious if you have education in psychiatry or the dementia field and experience from work at care and welfare facilities. Having worked in a kitchen and having knowledge of the hygiene regulations that apply to food service is a requirement for the position. Since communication and documentation are part of your tasks, you need to have documentation and computer skills and master Swedish in speech and writing.
