The Care and Services Administration is responsible for the municipality's elderly care, disability services, home healthcare, and food services. The Care and Services Administration has over 1,000 employees. The largest group of employees consists of care staff such as nursing assistants, personal assistants, nurses, and cooks. Workplace Berguven and Blomstervägen, in accordance with the Social Services Act, serve individuals in social psychiatry who need support in their daily lives. At the workplace, you work to provide support and service to our users. We place the user's needs at the center and adapt the work to create a stimulating and meaningful everyday life. Together with your colleagues, you plan and ensure, through implementation plans, documentation, and routines, that the support is adapted to the user's needs and wishes. We work according to a clear pedagogy that is based on making the world as clear and predictable as possible. Work Tasks The work is based on the Social Services Act's intentions regarding user participation, self-determination, integrity, and continuity. You work in a structured, goal-oriented, and solution-focused manner based on each user's individual needs. You document interventions and serve as a contact person for users. Since communication and documentation are important work tools in our operations, it is a requirement that you express yourself well in both speech and writing. Work at other locations within the administration may occur. Qualifications Requirements: Care Program with a focus on Social Psychiatry or other pedagogical education that the employer deems equivalent. You have good knowledge of Social Psychiatry and we see that you also have knowledge of clarifying pedagogy as well as low-arousal approaches and attitudes. B-Class Driver's License is a requirement. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious: Previous work experience in social psychiatry Familiarity with the operations Experience working with implementation plans in Combine Knowledge of the Social Services Act Personal Qualities: You are a stable person with the ability and experience to interact with and respond appropriately to individuals with challenging behavior. You are a positive person who can work in a solution-focused manner. You should enjoy working both independently and in groups. You have good collaboration skills and a goal-oriented work approach.
