The position is primarily based in home care, where you work independently in care recipients' homes with varying content in your workday. As part of the position, when needed, work at Tubberödshus elderly care facility is also included. WORK DUTIES As a healthcare assistant, you work to support care recipients in their everyday life based on individual needs. In our teams, we work closely together and share responsibility, which gives you the opportunity to contribute, develop, and take on internal areas of responsibility beyond your role as a healthcare assistant. Your work duties include: • Providing care and service based on implementation plans • Supporting and activating care recipients in daily life • Working with daily rehabilitation and personal care • Social documentation and creation of implementation plans • Collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and managers • Working both independently and in teams QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Have education from a care and nursing program or other education/experience deemed equivalent We are looking for someone who: • Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing • Has basic digital competence • Takes responsibility and has the ability to work independently • Treats others with respect, warmth, and attentiveness • Has Bank-ID • Has a B driver's license It is an advantage if you have: • Experience working in elderly care or home care • Knowledge of IBIC, BPSD, or low-affective communication • Experience with documentation and quality work • Competence in dementia or psychiatry As a person, you are: • Flexible and confident in yourself • A team player who enjoys collaborating, but can also work independently Why work with us.
