Qualifications We are looking for someone with formal nursing assistant education from a care program. Since a large part of your tasks involves communication and documentation, strong Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing are essential. As a person, you are positive and responsible. You also need to be able to build good relationships while supporting individuals to have a good daily life. You need to be comfortable working independently as most of the work is done alone, but you also need to be able to work as part of a team. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
