Your Workplace As a nursing assistant in Markaryd Municipality, you will work to ensure that care recipients receive a secure and meaningful existence with a good sense of coherence and good treatment. You will strive to ensure that care recipients have their self-determination and integrity respected, as well as individually adapted care and nursing. The position means that as a pool worker you will work within all areas of the social services administration throughout the municipality (night patrol, SÄBO and LSS), often changing workplaces, colleagues, and service users. The Resource Unit coordinates and streamlines the assignment of temporary staff where there are vacancies within our care and welfare services. The work requires you to take great personal responsibility, be flexible, and have good interpersonal skills. Qualifications We are looking for you who have: - nursing assistant education via a care program, or other education that the employer deems equivalent - proof of protected professional title as a nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare - Class B driver's license Meritorious It is meritorious if you have: - worked as a pool worker previously or have equivalent experience in other ways - experience with activity systems such as Lifecare and Cambio Cosmic Who Are You?
