Nyckeln Home Care offers its customers: Personal service and care Companionship and respite care services We also offer services with RUT tax deduction, such as cleaning, laundry care, window cleaning, and meal preparation. We actively work to improve conditions for our employees. We are now seeking trained nursing assistants for our team. Nyckeln Home Care currently has about 50 employees, and we are looking for more nursing assistants on a full-time basis to continue offering well-planned and secure care and services. We care about our employees' health and offer, among other things, wellness activities one hour per week during work time. Our services operate from our office in Fittja, and you will work on a rotating route depending on language and needs. Morning and evening shifts plus two weekends per month. As a nursing assistant at Nyckeln Home Care, you will, among other things: Social documentation Personal care Prepare meals Take walks or go shopping with the customer or shop alone Companionship and social interaction Assist with personal hygiene Perform cleaning and other household tasks Provide social support Desired Profile - we are looking for someone who has: Completed nursing assistant education Driver's license (Category B) Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Experience working with elderly people We are looking for someone who is: Professional, attentive, empathetic, and has a respectful approach. You want to work full-time and have a permanent position. You are honest and communicative so that work functions well with customers and your colleagues. You can work independently and in pairs, and can ride an electric scooter and drive a car. Meritorious if you have: Certificate of COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses) Nursing assistant license from the National Board of Health and Welfare Knowledge of other languages, preferably Finnish or Cantonese Other Information: Start: Immediate Work hours: Rotating schedule with morning and evening shifts plus two weekends per month Location: Botkyrka Employment type: Permanent position with standard probation period of 6 months Recruitment is conducted in collaboration with Tillväxt Botkyrka.
