3 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a team at Kvarnliden, we provide excellent care, safety, and joy to our residents. Kvarnliden is a specialized residential facility with a dementia focus, located in Munka-Ljungby. As a nursing assistant with us, no two days are the same! With an individual-centered approach, we adapt our services based on each resident's daily condition and build on their strengths. The work includes qualified nursing and care services based on residents' needs. An important part of the role is contributing to a meaningful life through social activities, engagement, and outdoor time. We actively work with individual care plans as the basis for work planning, and each team member takes significant responsibility for the facility's operations and development. As a nursing assistant, you work closely with residents and have a key role in the team alongside colleagues, the unit manager, nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. We collaborate with other specialized residential facilities within Ängelholm Municipality, and when needed, you will work shifts at these facilities as well. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a qualified nursing assistant, preferably with specialist training in geriatrics, palliative care, or cognitive impairment. Previous work experience involving responsibility for care coordination, social documentation, and delegated health and care tasks is highly valued.
