You are part of a multiprofessional team composed of different professional disciplines. An important part of your work is contact with next of kin and other healthcare providers. About the Workplace Ward 1 at Fagersta Hospital has recently undergone a complete renovation and now offers a modern, bright, and pleasant work environment with the small hospital's family feel. On Ward 1, we care for patients from the entire northern part of the county and work with medically stable patients who come for aftercare or rehabilitation, as well as palliative care. You are part of the team and work with routine nursing assistant tasks, patient care, specimen collection, risk assessments, continued mobilization, and rehabilitation. As a person, you are confident, stable, and have good self-awareness. You work well with other people and have the ability to understand another person's perspective in a humble and respectful way. You adapt easily to new circumstances and can remain calm in pressured and unforeseen situations. Terms of Employment Fixed-term employment 3-5 months, 80-100%, Fagersta.
