Then the role of Maintenance Technician might be just right for you. Here you'll work closely with production on both acute repairs, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects in a broad and varied role where curiosity and practical expertise are highly valued. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work broadly with maintenance and troubleshooting of the company's machinery and production equipment. One moment you might be in the middle of an acute breakdown, and the next you'll be working preventively to avoid future stops. The position is based during daytime hours, but since production runs around the clock, new challenges often await on the morning after the night shift. The work includes: Acute repairs and troubleshooting during operational downtime Preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment Handling of various alarms and control systems Improvement and development work when production is running smoothly Some welding as needed The environment is eventful, so this role suits you well if you thrive with variation and don't need to have complete control over exactly what your day will look like. WHO ARE YOU? We believe you have a strong technical interest and enjoy understanding how things work. You are solution-oriented, curious, and enjoy practical work. To succeed in this role, we'd like to see experience such as CNC operator, repair technician, or maintenance technician. If you've worked with CNC machines, that's an extra plus. We'd like to see that you have: Experience with mechanical work and troubleshooting Experience screwing and repairing machinery Understanding of control systems and machine alarms Meritorious with experience in MaintMaster Meritorious with experience in Monitor Meritorious with welding skills The most important thing, however, is your attitude.
