What does the role offer? As a Maintenance Technician, you will have a central and varied role where you work to ensure reliable and efficient production. You will be part of an experienced maintenance team and work closely with both production and colleagues within maintenance. Your main responsibilities are to: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain process equipment and machinery. • Contribute to and drive improvement initiatives for increased operational reliability and efficiency. The position is based in Bua, working hours are during daytime, and on-call duty is included. You report to the Maintenance Manager. Who are you? We are looking for someone with a technical background and experience from industrial operations, for example within maintenance, mechanics, process technology, or mechatronics. You have a strong interest in technology and enjoy working close to operations where you can use both your practical and analytical skills. You have a good understanding of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience with welding and control systems is desirable, as are skills in pneumatics, machining, or the maintenance system SAP. You communicate fluently in Swedish and can speak English. As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and self-driven. You enjoy collaborating, take initiative, and have a natural focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
