This is achieved by involving our customers early in the development process. ______________________________________________________________________ Main tasks and areas of responsibility As a maintenance technician with us, you become a central part of production and are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operation. The role involves varied and practical work where you daily work to identify, analyze, and address technical issues in our production equipment. The work requires that you can act quickly in case of acute operational disruptions and also work more long-term with preventive maintenance and improvement work. Your tasks include, among other things: Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of machines and production equipment. Installation and commissioning of new equipment. Analysis and resolution of operational disruptions. Documentation and interpretation of drawings and technical manuals. Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance with focus on quality, safety, and cost-efficiency. You work with both older machines and modern technology where automation, robots, and PLC systems are a central part of operations. Who are you? Have a drive to improve and develop work methods and processes. Qualifications for the role Experience in maintenance work, preferably 5–10 years. Basic technical education or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of automation and electrical systems. Experience working with control systems, robots, or production lines. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It's a plus if you have Background in the vehicle industry or similar demanding sectors. It's also valuable to have experience with: Root cause analysis and problem-solving. Troubleshooting and preventive work. Implementation of improvements. Maintenance systems such as IDUS. Troubleshooting in PLC systems. Other information The position is full-time with placement at our headquarters in Klippan. You will be part of a team and report to our Factory Manager.
