Ardagh Group Nordic operates according to the motto "One company, two locations" We are now seeking a driven and well-organized employee for our department, where you will play an important role in daily maintenance work. You have upper secondary education and work experience in one or more areas such as metalworking, ventilation, piping, heating, or facility management. We place great importance on your personality, that you have strong interpersonal skills and are service-oriented. You work equally well independently as in a group. Self-motivation is crucial for success in this position. Most importantly, you have the desire to learn new things as the work area is very broad. We believe you are a problem-solver who is not afraid to take action when needed. You communicate easily, create engagement in the team, and contribute to a positive work environment. We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role where you can combine practical work with some leadership. The role is intended to eventually serve as support to the work supervisor, where you act as a foreman in the department when needed. This means you help lead the daily work, coordinate work tasks, and support colleagues in their daily activities. We strive for an even gender distribution and see diversity as a strength. A driver's license is a requirement. Computer skills are required as we work in SAP with our own work orders and purchasing. You have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. The position is full-time, daytime hours, and permanent with salary according to collective agreement. On-call duty will be included in time. Deadline for applications is August 2.
