We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager for the bakery who wants to help develop our factory to become safer, produce better food, and eliminate waste - thereby reducing our climate footprint! Job Responsibilities As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for and drive maintenance work on a production line. You take ownership of transitioning from unplanned to preventive maintenance, supported by SAP Plant Maintenance. A significant part of your work involves identifying and solving root causes of failures, planning maintenance, and implementing improvements. You do this together with the team at the line - gradually, the team will take on more and more of the maintenance work. The Maintenance Manager acts as a link between other professional groups in the factory (electrical/mechanical/media) regarding the line. You work closely with a Line Manager and a Process Manager. Together, you form a Line Structure and are responsible for the line's results. Dafgård's Production System is based on Integrated Work System and includes elements of Six Sigma/Lean/TPM/WCM - adapted for Köket i Källby. Qualifications & Characteristics We are looking for someone with several years of experience in maintenance work and maintenance planning in production. To thrive as a Maintenance Manager, you have a drive to constantly improve and are technically interested and knowledgeable. You need to be organized and enjoy solving problems. You take ownership of your deliverables and don't let things slip through the cracks.
