Our research and development department, located in Hagfors, is the largest in the world in tool steel. We are now seeking engaged and responsible employees for the role of operator in the grinding shop, the Press. Here steel blanks are processed and shaped to desired dimensions and forms, which is a central part of the manufacturing process of our high-quality tool steel. Your Role You will be part of a cohesive shift team that works closely together to achieve common goals. The duties include cutting, measuring, and marking material according to instructions, as well as operating truck and traverse equipment. You will work in a five-shift schedule. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a flexible approach who enjoys solving problems and contributes to a positive work environment through collaboration and trust. You should also have a desire to work with continuous improvements and actively contribute to developing our processes and routines. If you also have a truck and traverse license, that is a merit. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
