Our unit is divided into an authority group and open care, which allows us to work broadly and in a coordinated way around families. 2 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a social worker, you work to assess and follow up on children and young people's need for support. You meet children, parents, and other important people in the child's life and build relationships that make a difference. Our goal is that you should have: • reasonable workload and close support in your daily work • supervision and support from experienced group leaders • work in a team with colleagues from both the authority and open care • a clear introduction and opportunity for mentorship • opportunity for flexible working hours and remote work We invest in your development! You'll receive training in MI (Motivational Interviewing), a method that permeates our entire organization. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for you: • with a degree in social work • who are engaged, responsible, and confident in meeting people • who enjoy working independently but also as part of a team • who have a B driving license It's advantageous if you have experience with authority work within children and family services as well as knowledge of BBIC and MI.
