We are now looking for two experienced procurement specialists who want to help develop the municipality's procurement operations. One of the positions has a special focus on contract and construction-related procurement. The positions are being filled due to retirement. Your Assignment With us, you independently drive advanced procurement processes from needs analysis to contract, with responsibility for legal, commercial, and strategic assessments according to LOU/LUF. You handle appeals, quality assure processes, and serve as a qualified advisor to operations and management. Our procurement operations are on a development journey where we are implementing category-driven procurement work. This means you don't just execute procurements – you also help develop structures, work methods, and future solutions. As a procurement specialist with us, you are also expected to: • contribute your expertise and support colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentoring • conduct internal training and contribute to business development • be a reliable and professional partner in a politically governed organization One of the positions has a special focus on contract and construction-related procurement. In that role, you are responsible for procurements within building and construction projects and work closely with operations throughout the entire process – from needs to contract. Your Expertise We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role, analytical, and accustomed to making independent decisions on complex matters. You have a legally sharp approach and at the same time an understanding of the organization's strategic needs. We see that you have: • academic education in law, economics, social sciences, or other education that the employer deems equivalent • at least 5–7 years of experience with public procurement • very good knowledge of LOU and relevant case law • very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing Meritorious: • experience in contract procurement • knowledge within AB/ABT/AMA • in-depth expertise in environmental and sustainability requirements • experience with e-Avrop and Marknadsplatsen • experience with food procurement For candidates who advance to the interview stage, we will ask for an example from a previous procurement you have conducted. This could be a procurement you yourself have driven from start to finish or a part of a more extensive process where you had a central role.
