We at Trumbäcken in Piteå are now looking for a property caretaker/property technician to join our operations team. Your new job As a property technician/property caretaker with us, you will have varied work with great breadth and diversity. The main tasks you will encounter are; - Fault rectification and maintenance. - Rounds and inspections with reporting in digital systems - Repairs and maintenance in apartments and in our areas - Move-out inspections If you have the will and ability to work independently and drive projects, the work may also involve working on smaller projects where you are responsible for coordinating between different technical areas. Who are you? We would like you to have experience or interest in property caretaking and property technology. You learn easily and possess general technical knowledge in several different technical areas. We do not see that you need to be an expert in a specific area, but we value good versatility. Since there is a large part of independent work, we appreciate someone with good problem-solving skills. We would like you to have a sense of quality and thoroughness in the tasks you perform, as well as the ability to plan and organize your work in an efficient manner. We consider it a merit if you have: - Experience or documented knowledge of property caretaking. - Technical knowledge in relevant areas such as electrical, water and sanitation, plumbing and installation. - Experience or interest in construction. - Language skills in addition to Swedish, preferably English. Foreman's certificate/professional experience with wheel loaders and/or forklifts. Requirements Since you will be handling matters on your own in our digital support systems and meeting our tenants in our areas, you must have Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Category B driving license Relatively good computer skills, to the extent that you can manage reporting and communication.
