Trobo is a property management company with approximately 65,000 m² that develops and manages over 700 rental apartments and about 30 commercial spaces, including 2 senior care facilities. Our housing stock is located throughout the municipality and consists of a mix of buildings from the 1950s to the 2020s. We also manage municipal properties totaling approximately 75,000 m², including schools, a health care center, sports facilities, and a swimming pool. Trobo has 20 employees and had a turnover of approximately 104 million kronor in 2025. We are now seeking a temporary property repair technician from August/September 2026 through May 2028. WHAT DOES YOUR ASSIGNMENT INVOLVE? You will work as a property repair technician and, together with others, be responsible for optimizing the daily operations of our properties. You will have overall responsibility for "your" properties. This involves a strong focus on developing maintenance work to reduce reactive repairs. All tasks within the property area are part of this position, as we solve many tasks together. Interacting with tenants in our apartments and commercial spaces is a natural part of your daily work. It is a varied job with a lot of problem-solving. You will work both in a team and independently, but will handle most tasks on your own. We use digital tools in our daily work, such as our maintenance and case management system Vitec. You will gradually take on more responsibility and never stop developing. You contribute to homes and spaces where people feel good. Your main responsibilities are: Preventive maintenance and operations work Repair of faults Ordering Maintenance planning Following up on contractor assignments Suggestions for improvements Status and cleaning inspections of apartments You will work closely with others in property management to solve the problems we encounter and share experiences and leverage each other's expertise.
